Joe Frankel

Research Intern

Joe Frankel is DAWN's Research Intern for Israel-Palestine. He is a research and writing-oriented advocate for human rights and refugee security.

He has conducted comparative research, created internal reports, and has experience on the ground as a provider of humanitarian aid. Prior to DAWN, he worked for the James Beard-winning Roads & Kingdoms and various civil rights organizations in his hometown of Chicago, IL.

As of December 2022, Joe has a B.A. from Pitzer College in Political Science, with a focus on international politics and the Middle East and North Africa.
