Theodore Nappo

Research Assistant

Theodore Nappo is a research assistant for DAWN's communications team and for executive director Sarah Leah Whitson. He is currently pursuing his M.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from The Graduate Center at the City University of New York where he completed his M.A. capstone project on Saudi Arabian internal politics related to the economics of oil.

In May 2018 Nappo graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Political Science. Before joining DAWN, he interned at the Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU) and for U.S. Representative Carolyn Maloney in her Manhattan district office.
