Rameen Javadian is an Advocacy Associate at DAWN. Rameen has worked on the editorial team of research institutes and participated in communication committees of movement spaces and the advocacy sector of political nonprofits.
Rameen is passionate about organizing that challenges double standards in U.S. foreign policy and centers the agency of people everywhere in their struggle for liberation. He is also drawn to efforts in the United States by Muslim and Black communities against surveillance and mass incarceration.
Rameen holds a Bachelor's in International Relations, summa cum laude, from the University of San Diego and a Master's in Theological Studies from Harvard University, where he was awarded the Dean's Fellowship.
